The application runs in the tray area of the task bar and creates a fingerprint from 10 seconds of the desired music track. The fingerprint then gets processes online for comparison with the existing 4.5 million fingerprints.

After successful identification, the relevant song information like title and artist name are displayed, more information can be accessed and the track can be purchased and downloaded.
