mufin Logo Usage Guidelines

for journalists and press agencies

The logos contained in this package may be used only according to the guidelines outlined below. The logos may only be used by press agencies and journalists in close proximity to, or in obvious connection with, a published article or broadcast news story about mufin or its services, e.g., audioid. Using the logos for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

non-press uses.

• Unauthorized copying or distribution of the logos is not permitted, e.g., redistribution of the logo in hard copy or electronic form.
• The logos must be used as provided by mufin GmbH. Changes regarding design, proportion, colour, artwork, wording or symbols are not permitted. In addition, no words and symbols may be removed or altered. Animation, morphing or distorting the logos in terms of perspective or appearance are also prohibited.
• To present a logo properly, a minimum margin between the logo and other elements of the design must be maintained. For example, the amount of empty space that surrounds the logo should be at least equal to ½ the height of the logo (including the wording). The mufin logo consists of text and graphic and must always be displayed in its entity.
• The logo must stand alone, combinations with any other object, including, but not limited to, other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols are not permitted.
• Relationships between the logo's elements are fixed, and must not be altered in any way. Do not separate the muffin cake and mufin text element to use them seperatly. The logos may never be used to represent the word "mufin" or "audioid" in text. Always use the authorized electronic artwork provided.
• As outlined above, all other individuals and organizations, including, but not limited to, independent hardware vendors, independent software vendors, independent service providers, application service providers, resellers and original equipment manufacturers, are not permitted to use these logos.
